The agent never learns your ceiling
Your maximum offer is computed and enforced in code, not written into a prompt. Every draft is scanned before it sends, and anything at or above the ceiling is blocked and kept for you to read. A model cannot disclose a number it was never given.

Approval mode by default
New agents ship disabled and in approval mode. Nothing reaches a listing agent until you have read it and released it. Turn that off when you trust it, not before.

Vacant buildings, code violations and tax delinquencies, pulled nightly from government open-data portals. Owner name and address, ranked by how distressed the record is.
Identifies real cash buyers
Fix-and-flip versus buy-and-hold derived from paired deed records, what a buyer paid, what they sold for, how long they held it. Behaviour, not a self-description.
Writes back into your CRM
Contacts, opportunities and custom fields, mapped to fields you choose. Every id is verified against your sub-account before a mapping is saved, so nothing fails silently in the background.
Everything is on the record
Every draft, send, block and escalation is written to an audit trail you can read. Including the messages the guardrail refused to send.
Dealtek installs from the GoHighLevel Marketplace into any sub-account, and appears as a menu item inside it. There is no second login and no separate dashboard, you are already signed in.
Messages send through your own GoHighLevel numbers and sending domain, which means your A2P 10DLC registration and opt-out handling cover them. Dealtek never sends on your behalf from anywhere else.
